Dr. Molly Trostle, DO

I absolutely love Doc Molly and her entire staff. They listen to what my concerns are and will fight for their patients. I have never had any issues at this office. They dig in to make sure they figure out exactly what is wrong with the patient and figure out a treatment plan. My entire family goes to this practice.

All the usual complaints, rude office staff, long wait times, ridiculously high fees to fill out paperwork, but I could overlook all that for a competent, caring dr/nurse practitioner, which you wont find here. Prepare to be treated in a cold callous manner at the lowest points of your life. Care is not individualized, they use a one size fits all type approach. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND.

Worst office and Dr. You never get to actually see the Dr. All she does is collect a pay check.

Courtney, Karan, and Becky are the best nurse practioners I have ever encountered. They have constant communication with Dr. Trostle and I feel very comfortable at the office. I know I am receiving exceptional care not matter who I see.

The office staff go above and beyond to help my family during a difficult time. My parents recently lost their family doctor and my mother health was declining. We reached out to the office and they made sure my mom was comfortable and pass with dignity. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Molly took the time to get to know me and dug deeper into my symptoms, unlike other doctors I’ve been to who would write a quick prescription after talking to me for only two minutes. She’s aggressive in treating your whole health and will fight for you to get the tests and procedures done that most docs would give up on if they’re not initially covered by insurance. There are few docs in this area, and I’ve been misdiagnosed for years. She was patient with me and figured out my problems. I’m finally feeling great! And I know when I have a wait to see her, it is because she’s doing the same hard work for others. She definitely put herself behind schedule helping me, so I’m willing to give others that time, too.

I was a brand new patient to her practice and I was scheduled, without my knowledge to see a physicians assistant only. Sat in the exam room for well over two hours and the Dr never had the courtesy to stop by for 30 seconds to introduce herself to a new patient who had chosen her as their Primary Care Physician. Had great issues with pain and wanted to discuss options, but never had the chance. I left without a vaccine I needed and will now get it elsewhere. My first visit will be my last.

Sitting here in waiting room for a 8:20 am appointment nurse came out and told me to go home Molly is not coming in today third time in 2 weeks she canceled on me while i was sitting here very poor doctor time to find another doctor

I've been a patient of Dr. Trostle for 6 yrs and wouldn't think of seeing anyone else. I have always found her and her staff to be approachable, concerned, respectful, and highly competent. If she's a little late for my appointment I know it's because she's giving another patient a little extra time if they need it . And I know she will do the same for me. Dr. Trostle was the most unprofessional doctor I have seen. She was of no help for my condition and basically left me hanging to do research and find alternative help elsewhere. Also, the staff and the doctor are not on the same page. I would tell the nurses one thing and what she said that I said was totally different. Basically, her staff is also very incompetent! It was hit or miss if you would receive a phone call back. I've heard these same complaints from a few different people.

There may be a long wait to see Dr. Trostle, but I always know that she will take as much time as I need when I get back to the exam room. She is extremely knowledgeable. I trust her with my entire family.

There's a long wait to get in and waiting in the waiting room is torture. She speaks poorly of other doctors and nurses. She always wants to send you to the hospital as opposed to getting you in to see her!
