I would like to express my gratitude for your unconditional care and support. Your dedicated action is the cause of my quick recovery. Your capabilities have surpassed my expectations, and we are grateful for your services. You are an incredible doctor, and we are blessed to receive your commitment.

I was scheduled over 30 days ago to have a colonoscophy done with Dr. Jack early April 2022. After a consultation with another one of my doctors, they suggested I have the same doctor doing my colonoscophy do my EGD since it can be done at the same time. I called Dr. Jack's office twice a week fit over 30 days, left messages, and NO ONE has the decency to return a patient call. My fiance also called numerous times only to be out on hold and or told to call back by the receptionist, who claims to get all calls and messages. Today, I finally got through and the receptionist said, "you was on my list to call today. I have a lot of patients." I said wow, how convenient of you to say such a thing. I told him how unprofessional this behavior is from you and the doctor to not return calls or messages for over 30 days. I stated that if this was a 'post procedure' issue, I would be up the creek because all the office wants to do is bill insurance.

He is the best professionally and personally. In 2011, I had just turned 50 with severe gastro issues with lots of regular pain. I had an upper GI and colonoscopy together. My GP at the time referred me to Dr. Jack. I soon learned I had an infection that required me to take antibiotics for a month and follow-up. He put me on the correct routine meds and ensured my file noted I am high risk and require frequent testing. My GP cannot refer me to anyone else if Dr. Jack is available.

Thorough, professional, and personable. Great bedside manner. Confident, assuring. He knows his stuff!
