Unresponsive, unethical, uninformed, and uncaring
I tried to resolve my issues with what I consider to be poor treatment by Dr. Moni Abraham privately, however my concerns have been completely ignored, so I am now attempting to document in writing. Among my issues with Dr. Abraham is that she rarely responds to question in writing or in person, has provided inaccurate information the few time she has. This includes ignoring side effects of medications, and continuing to attempt to prescribe it to my father despite other alternatives being available. I've found her to be rude, unprepared, dismissive, and unresponsive, going so far as to forget what underlying conditions he has - even though I have repeatedly informed her of them in writing on MyChart.I tried calling the patient hotline to see if we can get a different doctor in the same office or have another staff member in the room when we do visit to ensure we get ethical care, however i've called 4 times in 4 months to share my experience and get a new doctor, but they dont care

Dr. Abraham, Among the Best
I have had regular visits with Dr. Abraham over the past few years. Every appointment, she is very pleasant, listens to my concerns, provided solutions, and follows up quickly with any post visit questions. For those that are older, Dr. Abraham is one of those doctors like we used to go to, that will spend time with you during your appointment.

Excellent Listener
Dr. Abraham, as a new patient visit to her, is an excellent listener and is genuinely concerned about my health. I brought a list with me, and she made sure we covered everything so that she knew me the best she could...so we can continue forward on the best path for me.
