Nowhere near the knowledge level or professionalism of the man she replaced when he unfortunately retired.

She personally took extra time during the exam when I was unable to cooperate to get the Puff exam.

Excellent service. I was a very nervous patient and she did her best to calm me down before and during cataract surgery. Answered all questions and took time to explain things to me. She will do my second surgery.

Dr. Cid does not spend enough time with her patients. She is very abrupt and obviously quick tempered. It was evident upon my wife's examination that she did not care to spend the time explaining her diagnosis. we will be finding a new provider and will not return to this office. If I could give her 0 stars I would. The staff was fairly friendly albeit rushed.
