Telehealth
Just be mindful if you're considering seeing this physician: I see her frequently in the parking lot of my high school, she sits in her car on the phone with her windows down, conducting telemed appointments. Whatever she's saying to her patients is also heard by many teenagers who need to walk by her car to get to their parents.

She’s a horrible person and even worse as a Dr. having her as my doctor ruins my life she just doesn’t listen talking to her like talking to her wall. she gives garbage drugs and has no skills in treating any mood disorders.

My experience with the Doctor
Dr Dhingra at a time in our long relationship did not want to treat me. She allowed me to run out of a medication that helped me with PTSD. I asked her to refill it. She said it was refilled, but she didn’t send in the refill. I went to a hospital she worked at in the outpatient department. In the ER I told them I had run out on a Friday and they called her. She told the ER nurse it was filled, all I had to do was pick it up. In the ER I called the pharmacy and no such refill was sent in. Hours passed and the ER nurse saw me again. I gave her the pharmacy telephone number. The nurse found out there was no refill available that I would have withdrawn from with dire consequences. The nurse continued to try to recontact Dr Dhingra for hours. Finally the nurse got in touch with the pharmacy to find out I was not lying. Dhingra denied it. She however called the hospital to have me admitted and dhingra blocked my admission. I was admitted. All could not believe Dr Dhingra did this. Horrible

Terrible Experience
Telehealth
Dr. Dhingra lacks empathy, is often patronizing and condescending. Medication plans do not seem to have been thought through at a high level which does not benefit the patient. Tretment plans were very reactive. She often late for both in person and telehealth appointments. Would definitley not recommend this pysician.

Very disappointed with quality of care and experienced very poor follow up. Dr. Dhingra seems to lack basic empathy, and apparently the ability to be true to her word. I was rushed through my initial appointment and she does not return phone calls as she stated she would in the appointment, even when they are urgent. I felt like another number and then disregarded under her care. Find a better provider as they are definitely out there.

Dr. Dhingra is by far the best doctor I have ever seen in my life. She is brilliant and pleasant and very "real". I have been seeing her for the past 4 years and I absolutely recommend her to every person I know in need of a psychiatrist.
