Dr. Ferguson is the best!
I have been seeing Dr. Ferguson for 9-10 years. She, from Day 1, has listened to my concerns about my health. She has always kept up with my health issues and test results thanks to the Patient Portal. She listens. She is thoughtful and compassionate. She responds quickly to my concerns sent to her on the patient portal. We work together to resolve my health issues. She is intelligent. She has a practical approach to treatment. She best Primary Care doctor I have ever been treated by.

Unfortunately I never felt this doctor really took proper time with me or cared about my concerns to the level I was looking for. I also just found out that I was dropped as a patient with no prior notice because I hadn’t been seen in over a year. I had been recovering from a major surgery over the past year. I was told at the office they could help me find a new provider 10 months from now in August 2024. I called in because I have a cold and the guy at the front desk said he couldn’t help me. Its unfortunate how politics sometimes get in the way of proper care.

She tried to tell me that my issue was just my brain trying to make a connection... 'that's just how people's minds work.' I had just switched medications. Perhaps the labs she ordered will show what is true or not. She then said that she can order the extra labs (that she offered to run) but said it was 'just costing the medical system money to do things like that.' I pay for my health insurance... And it's my health.

My appointment with Dr. Ferguson was the worse that I have ever experienced. Dr. Ferguson was rude and seemed angry, offended that I was even there to be seen. Uncaring, unprofessional. I am a nurse, and have worked for many years, with many Drs. and have been treated by Drs. as a patient, and Dr. Ferguson is at the top of the list as the most cold and uncaring. Frightening to think that she is in a position of power. The visit will leave an everlasting impression on me. If she had been my first Drs. visit, I would never of seen another Dr. again. The smile in her photo is deceptive. One star is too many. I am leaving this review because I never want to think that another patient would have to go through something as this again! Maybe, it isn't too late to learn from some of your patients, hear what they are saying.

Dr. Ferguson is an outstanding doctor. She treats me as an intelligent person deserving of clear explanations and answers to my questions. She respects my medical opinions and beliefs but is honest and doesn’t patronize me. So far, after 3 or 4 years with her, I’ve had no reason to not have the deepest of respect for her capabilities. And she very nice.

I was a patient of Dr. Ferguson’s for a few years and I’ve never met such a unprofessional cold doctor before. Her bedside manner was awful. She never showed any form of being caring or friendly and would just come off Condescending and arrogant. I always felt very uncomfortable when I had a appointment with her. I’m not one that goes to the doctor for every little thing but when I would go in, been sick for a few weeks before that and I was pretty much told that there was nothing wrong with me and was denied antibiotics. I have the upmost respect for healthcare workers but this doctor is one of the most unkind and unapproachable people I have ever met.

Very poor bedside manner - doesn't listen well and questions patient's personal understanding and beliefs about health and well-being. Not friendly or caring.
