I sent my husband to the clinic because he was very sick . She did not give him a strong antibiotic or did not order a chest xray. He got even sicker with pneumonia because she didn't give the right treatment. He went back to the clinic and saw someone else and that person prescribed something stronger and he is getting better now. I would not recommend her to anyone.

If you want substandard medical care, then Monica Urban is the doctor you should see. She is impossible to reach, fails to refill prescriptions promptly and is an all around failure as a medical practitioner.

Awful expirance! I felt like I was being tricked by someone who had no idea what she was talking about- I was in serious pain and she didn’t even acknowledge my symptoms. She focused on my ADHD that I was diagnosed with over 20 years ago; and put that I was more attention deficit than hyper as my assememt and diagnosis; I went in for a sinus infection - I will never go back to her or recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Urban has always been there for me. She has gone out of her way to help me!!! I can never thank her enough for all she has done for me!!! And always gets back to me on e-mail too! She is a top notch Doctor!! Maybe she is out of a he office at times but she goes to other places I heard! But besides that I can deal with that! She is the best!!! I pray she stays!!!! She has helped me when others turn me away! And she doesn't talk over my head like some either!!!!! Thank you Dr. Urban!!!!

Was never able to make an appointment. Healthcare.com lists that the doctor accepts United Healthcare insurance. When I called, I was informed that the department she works in does not accept UHC. I was also advised that this clinic is closing 3/31/16.
