Dr. Monita Yuen-Green, MD

Never got to actually see Dr Green. After having an appt for about a month, my appt was canceled the day of because she was sick. Which is understanding and I proceeded to reschedule for 2 weeks later. Then again my 2nd appt was canceled the day of ! because of an insurance issue. None of this is Dr Greens fault, but her office is very unorganized. They had my information for about a month and a half, and after waiting for so long to see a doctor, all of a sudden I couldn’t. They should of checked if they could see me the day I gave them my insurance information.

Had my first annual health examination with Dr Green who works for Brown and Toland (B&T). Dr Green's experience is questionable. Had to be prompted to run the electro cardiogram which was performed by other doctors in previous exams but she wasn't sure. Dr Green sent me to Labcorp for blood and urine samples, ended up Labcorp billed me directly instead of Brown and Toland. Dr Green was also dishonest on a 10-min follow up call which I got billed for 20mins. Both Labcorp and B&T have sent collection notices and now threatened to impact my credit score. I have never had this experience with my previous health examination until I consulted with Dr Green and B&T. Dr Green is accepting new patients while her other colleagues at B&T aren't. Now it makes sense why.
