Dr. Monte Masonbrink, DDS

Dr Masonbrick and his staff did an excellent job in providing care and price transparency. The office scheduled us at a convenient time for us so we could use our FSA allowance. When we received the EOB from our insurance, I contacted their billing office to make sure I got all the numbers right and they provided me with the exact amount they collected the day of the procedure. The procedure itself went well, my daughter was put at ease by the nurse and after 20 minutes, she was in the recovery room where I was able to meet with her. The nurse explained the aftercare really well and was very nice. Dr Masonbrick came to explain how the procedure went. A few hours later, we received a call from the office to make sure everything was going well and if we had any questions. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs oral surgery.

Dr. Masonbrink took my daughter’s wisdom teeth out yesterday. As far as I can tell, he did a great job. It was quick and has been pretty painless so far. But I have one complaint regarding his office staff. The nurse I talked to who gave me instructions while my daughter recovered was very, very nice, and she promised to call later in the day and check up on how she was doing. I thought that was really great. But no one ever called. I am OK with there not being a call, though it’s a nice gesture, but I don’t think it’s OK to tell patients you will call and check on them and then not do it.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Monte Masonbrink. He was very professional, gentle and caring. I had no problems with my surgical treatment. I even received a post-surgery phone call from him. Overall it was a 5 Star Experience. I recommend him without hesitation.

It would have been right to provide a payment plan for service rendered,. Very unusual to provide no options to work with a family paying as much as is required. We explained our FSA re-fills in August, and we could pay over 75% now, but to no avail, no payment option was allowed other than 100%. We will not be referring anyone to this practice, sorry, but this was just not handled well, even if the service provided was fine. This after being rescheduled and having to move our schedules around.
