Dr. Morteza Tavakol, MD

He refused to look at the blood pressures I brought from home. Some blood pressures were very low but he said, “well you are ninety five.”

Dr Tavakol saw me with very little notice......he is kind and compassionate......with incredible knowledge and common sense. He spent a lot of time listening.......then provided a complete and understandable explanation of his suggestions and ideas! So thankful for you Dr. Tavakol!

I used Dr. Tavakol for years, he is an excellent doctor and professional care . . . first class. I was really happy when I learned he is affiliated with Jupiter Hospital Cardiology. Jupiter Hospital is the finest hospital in our area.The office was immaculate and the staff were very friendly and extremely efficient.I have the highest respect for Dr. Tavakol and his organization.

I've been under Dr. Tavakol's care for over 10 years and have great trust in his judgement. One of the most important things is he listens, and takes the appropriate amount of time to deal with your issues, I've never felt rushed through my appointment.

Dr Tavakol recommended an echocardiogram the day after meeting me for the first time. It was done at the end of the following day, quickly analyzed by him and I was into the hospital at 6:30 the next morning for a coronary angioplasty with a stent. I wanted to take the weekend to think about everything and he said I may not make it through the weekend. That alone made me think twice about my reluctance. My BP went from 192/90 to 133/72 in four days and I am breathing significantly better………all because of of the care and attention shown by Dr Tavakol. His professional care and attention to detail likely saved my life. I’m 76 years young and have so much to live for.

Have been a patient for several years, Dr. T takes time to understand and ease my concerns. He is very thorough and always responds to my email concerns in. timely fashion. Very happy Dr. T is my cardiologist.

I REGRET I NEVER SAW DR. TAVAKOL. I GAVE HIM A 5 START RATING BECAUSE I WAS TOLD HE IS A GOOD DOCTOR. TOO BAD HIS FRONT OFFICE (I WAS TOLD THE PERSON WHO WAS THE NASTIEST AND A LIAR IS THE OFFICE MANAGER) PUSHES PATIENTS AWAY. WAS THERE EARLY, AND TOLD I WAS LATE??? SAID MY APPOINTMENT WAS 30 MINUTES EARLIER THAN IT WAS. LEE LOOKED IT UP AND MY TIME WAS CORRECT. ALL IN ALL IT WAS A SURREAL EXPERIENCE.NOW I LOOKED UP ANOTHER DOCTOR THAT WAS RECOMMENDED AND HE'S IN THE SAME OFFICE. I WOULDN'T GO NEAR THIS OFFICE AGAIN. DOCTORS NEED TO PAY MORE ATTENTION TO THE FRONT OFFICE AND WHO THEY HIRE.

Dr. Tavakol is an excellent physician, one who listens to my concerns and then clearly spells out his take on my issues (and he is always right on!). His knowledge and kindness and compassion have made a significant impact on my well-being as he has guided me through a few difficult health matters. I am so fortunate to be one of his patients.

The nurse practitioner had an emergency and Dr. Tavakol stepped in. He was apologetic for the change, but I was happy to see a doctor. He explained everything very well, and I felt relieved after asking him questions that worried me. He took his time and didn’t rush me out, even though I was the last patient of the day.

Dr. Tavakol is an excellent cardiologist. He takes as much time as needed to explain everything about your particular problem. I never feel rushed or hurried when I see him. I have recommended him to many of my friends and family.

I had a one time incident of extremely high blood pressure. My primary sent me to Dr. Tavakol to get checked out. After testing he deemed me healthy and no need to come back unless there was a problem. I like the fact that he didn't turn me into an anuity when my heart is fine.

Dr Tabakol is the most amazing doctor ever, he saved my mother’s life in the emergency room 4years ago. He is personable,detailed,proactive and very involved in medical procedures,tests and all my mom requires. I would not trust anyone else. The office staff from telephone,scheduling, check in and out, billing,referrals,etc is a complete home run. Everyone is so accommodating and friendly. Truly blessed Dr Tavakol was there that night. Dr. Tavakol took as much time with me as needed. There was no sense that he was in a hurry to get to his next patient. He listens to me and asks questions and listens to me and asks more. He said I was taking too many pills (I was) and now I'm taking less and feeling better. He has called me at home when he feels it is necessary. I would highly recommend Dr. Tavakol for quality of care and personal attention. He is excellent!
