I had an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff that made the check-in process seamless. He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided a thorough evaluation, explaining every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand.

Dr. A is one of the most attentive and knowledgeable dermatologists. Prior to becoming. Patient of Dr. A, I had visited many dermatologists that were either dismissive or flat out rude about my hair loss concerns. Dr. A took the time and interest in addressing my concerns and my hair and skin is proof. I am Sad to learn that he is no longer with the IDI practice and I dont know where he went! Best of luck to you, Dr. Aouthmany where ever you are!

I truly enjoyed his professionalism and demeanor. His diagnosis was spot on and helped me considerably in getting better. Worth the wait and amount I paid. Medicine is not free and you get what you pay for as what he supplies in knowledge and product is worth every penny. What you find in a department store is not worth it at all and that is why it is sold there for naive people to buy. You want real results, see Dr. A!

Disclaimer: If I could give no stars I would! I only went to this man because my regular doctor is at Northwestern Hospital and I didn't feel like paying for parking-now I know better. This doctor is very condescending, arrogant, dismissive and "flip." He treated me like I was an idiot and could not comprehend what he was talking about. If I did not agree with his decision then I was "CRAZY" or didn't understand him. Then he tried to sell me some medicine from his office for $120.00 that I could buy from a department store for WAY less. He and his office are not professional. Overall, this was a waste of time, money and a personal day from work. I plan on returning to my regular dermatologist to receive a REAL MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS from a PROFESSIONAL DOCTOR. I've learned the extra effort, in this case driving to Chicago and paying for parking, is worth it. Thanks for taking my $60.00 co-pay that was really suppose to be $40.00.

EXCELLENT!!! Helped me get very thick luxurious vibrant hair. I am sorry to have seen him leave California after Nov 2017. That other reviewer is mistaken since he left before he posted his/her review.

Great bedside manner. He knew my diagnosis immediately and treatment worked!

I would not recommend this doctor. He is not personable, is very blunt, and is quick to diagnose without much information.
