Surgical consult
Dr. Sadoun took his time to explain what needed to be done. In that process, he threw my a curve ball. This caused me to become emotional. He remained calm, focused & listened. He explained his POV, advised me to think it over, speak to my PCP & return for a followup discussion. Advice that I am taking.

The receptionist not sure what her name is very friendly also the nurse . doctor listened to what I had to say and assured me the surgery will be ok smiled the hold time wasn't grumpy or anything .Very nice place.

Great experience
The whole staff was very friendly and caring. I left with a treatment plan and tests were scheduled that day. Great communication and very efficient office staff.

Doctor was fine. System is terribly flawed.
I didn’t have a problem with the doctor or the services I received. Very professional and informative. However, the “system” is bad. It’s terribly inefficient when a “new patient” has to fill a bunch of forms asking for info that is already available on their system!

My primary care Dr. referred me to Dr. Sadoun for some outpatient surgery I had to do. Absolutely loved him. Explained everything completely and really put me at ease. I would highly recommend him. His staff is awesome too.
