Very disappointed and so unexpected to see these kind of unprofessional behavior from your primary physician to refuse to see her patient over 15 min delay even though she knew that I would be late around 15 min. This is not acceptable from Dr. Mozhgan Ashtari refusing to see me. I'm 70 years old and I needed to wait till my daughter come back from work to take me to my appointment. I waited over a month for this appointment because I needed Dr. Ashtari approve me for Covid-19 vaccine since I have allergies. Also the staffs were so rude and disrespectful. This is something I never experienced before with my other physicians and this is the last thing a patient wants to see from her primary physician. Please think twice before closing her as your primary doctor.

My initial visit with Dr. Mozhgan Ashtari was yesterday, and I was very impressed and satisfied with my medical care. When I first entered the medical office, it was a spectacular impression of elegance and peacefulness, and the staff's professionalism and attentiveness were unlike other multitudinous facilities. Once I met with Dr. Ashtari, she was professional, approachable, knowledgeable, keen, and executed a plan of care to progressively deal with some of my debilitating issues. Recommend!
