Too busy to attend to me
I used an at-home test and tested positive for Covid. Left a message at 7:30 am requesting a script for Paxlovid. No response. Sent another message at 11 am. No response. Finally, a doctor I've never seen called at 1:30 pm and said they wouldn't be able to help with a script. Too bad. I'm changing doctors

I would not recommend Dr Mudkanna. My dad recently saw her as a follow up visit from being in the hospital and they pressured him into getting the jab (Covid booster shot). He told my mother in law his wife that he was afraid to die. Well 12 hours later he died in his sleep. He just had a clean bill of health and just recovered from Covid-19, why would they push the booster. Bad medicine….and bad doctor.

She's wonderful with my geriatric mother. Mom is stubborn & has significant memory loss. Dr M takes the time to explain, and she never leaves mom feeling embarrassed, or treats her like a child like MANY others in the industry. Regardless of moms limits, she directs questions TO her, and keeps her involved in her care choices (versus directing everything through me, her POA). She is less pills - more health philosopher, who has an amazing understanding of the needs of geratrics.
