Dr Khan and his staff are on cruise control. They make patients with appointments wait for HOURS, especially cruel given the physical health of many of his patients. He barely examines patients and just doles out Rx without true consideration. Truly awful.

Migraines
Md Khan and his staff are very responsive to my needs making sure that I have my medications and refills on time. If I an emergency on the weekend the on-call Md responds promptly usually less than 20 minutes. I am very happy with the care I receive at this office, I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a Md who cares for his patients.

UNSATISFACTORY CUSTOMER CARE
Mubashir Khan, is lacking in professionalism; the staff seem to follow there leader. There is no sense of customer care and responding to patient's matters. The service I received was uncaring and non responsive. Telephone calls were never answered and messages left never responded too.

No resolution to the chief complaint of the patient. Understanding of the problem seems to be lacking and chart report is very, very vague. This has been an ongoing, years long experience.

Dr Khan & his office have very sadly become incredibly slack & uncaring. They took 3 MONTHS to get back to my loved one with results of MRI. Not only is this unacceptable& renders an MRI somewhat useless, & hurts & depresses the patients who trust him.

My appointment for an EEG was at 12:00,and 40 minutes later I was still waiting to be called. I had to reschedule, and they didn't even apologize for the inconvenience or gave me an explanation. I had a good experience with the doctor, but , the staff and the technicians that work for him are a disappointment.
