Waited over 5 weeks for prescriptions
I had an endoscopy, and I have waited over 5 weeks to get prescriptions for my stomach. I’m in a lot of discomfort!! Office staff is RUDE, and Dr. Al-Midani is NEVER there! Go Elsewhere!!!

Filthy office
Unorganized, rude, and the office is filthy. I wouldn’t recommend a dog to be a patient here as they treat patients unkindly.

bad experience
The doctor ordered a AR manometry for me so I went back in for the results. I was given a diagnosis and told they can't help me at their facility. Then the doctor and his assistant simply and abruptly left the room, leaving me confused and scared, with no recourse. The office and waiting rooms aren't that clean and they do appointments inbetween procedures.

First, I was able to make an appointment with ease. Secondly, with what he charges, one would think he would have state of the art wait area and a gleaming office suite. Upon entering the reception area, I found it deplorable. Dark, 70s furniture, dirty window and door, bathroom with open overflowing trash, wood paneling everywhere. The patients who were waiting for their procedures were seen lying on gurneys with a thin fabric dingy sheet dividing them.....no privacy. I was kept waiting for over an hour, which is very disrespectful, my time is valuable also. I was not told what medication the anesthesiologist would be using. When I asked, they asked me what did I know about medications. Upon arriving to my room the doctor didn't introduce himself nor go over what was to transpire. The bright spot lies with his staff. They are knowledgeable, kind, polite. and caring.

Been going there for months. They take HOURS after your appointment time to see you. The 2 doctors in the office do not work with eachother. One order a biopsy then when i went for follow up the other that seen me had no idea why it was done. But wanted to repeat test in few months. I will not be going back to this office they are disorganized, over booked.

This office is garbage. He only cares about making money. It takes him 2 hours to go to a room for an office visit and only spends five minutes with you. I left there with more questions than answers. When I tried to stop him to get more answers he huffed at me. Not only that but I missed a couple appointments for family problems and literally gotten screamed at by the office manager. He treats patients like dollar signs instead of humans that need to be treated. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE.

I woke up during the colonoscopy and was told it was my fault! He actually said it was because I was too nervous and anxious! Horrible experience and terrible bedside manner! DO NOT GO HERE!

Office is clean. I haven't had to wait longer than 20 minutes for my appointment & usually get in sooner. Office staff is very friendly & helpful. Dr. Al-Midani is awesome! He has gone out of his way to help me and my family. He explains all procedures & takes time to answer questions & to make me feel comfortble. I have a lot of medical issues & Dr. Al-Midani is by far my favorite doctor!

This office is very cold & I don't mean the temperature. Some staff are downright rude & while Dr. Al-Midani found ulcers in my stomach, there was no conversation about why, what or how I could prevent this from happening again. I asked several questions to which I got a one word answer. Left this building knowing that I would not be a patient here again.

I got diagnosed with Gastroparesis in 2001, over 15 yrs ago. I have battled flare ups for a very long time. Dr Al Madani has been one of the very best Dr's I have seen in this field. He, Mr. Brashar and the whole team at his office/surgery suite has been very compassionate, and caring. They are competent, do everything the same way every time with procedures. I was very impressed by this. They have a very strict protocol for how they do their procedures. They address every question.
