Terrible Stay Away
I don’t even want to give 1 star. Saw him in the hospital and he said we needed to do echocardiogram and some testing. My pulse was very low and still is. About 5 hours later the nurse said I was being released and they prescribed medicine for GERD which I know isn’t an issue. Squeeze chest pain and pulse around 40 after awake awhile. Did not address the concerns or even follow through with what he said he was doing. He is an absolute waste of time!

Stay away. He is of no help. Practices defensive medicine. More worried about himself than you.

Never again
Dr Aslam initiated an inappropriate treatment for my wife, causing additional problems, requiring her to spend 8 days in ICU. We will be filing a formal complaint.

Not interested in patient needs
Had a visit with Dr. Aslam to deal with atrial fibrillation and possible valvular problems. He handled the valve problem but absolutely refused to deal with the A fib. All I needed from him was a simple form (short form) from DOT stating that I was healthy enough to drive. He refused saying, "I don't do forms." As a result I have lost my driving privileges. Now I can't work. Thanks a lot, doc. Now I am looking for a real cardiologist who cares about his patients.

Had two office visits of no more than five minutes. Did not listen to conditions reduced medication and said i was fine sent me home. Had a tilt test ordered by my regular doctor which recommended a pacemaker. Saw Dr A for an additional five minute visit explained little referred me to a specialist. Totally disappointed.

I had a heart attack. saw him in ER less than 30 seconds. In hospital FIVE days. I did NOT see him until the FOURTH day in the Cath lab for all of 15-20 before sedation. Did NOT see him again for TWO weeks for followup for about 60-90 seconds! Office was dingy needing paint and examine room was dirty. Even chairs had dust on them.

Terrible experience. Been seeing him for several years. At first he seemed great. He had caring staff and he took time with you. Now if your lucky you get 5 minutes of his time. He walked out of the room when I was telling him how his rude office manager was treating me. Problems getting records. He barely even listened to my heart. I have since left his practice and I think I’m better for it.

I would never recommend Dr. Aslam. He only spent 2 minutes in the room with me and was extremely dismissive towards my concerns and seems very money hungry. The only thing worse than him is his office manager, very incompetent and rude person, however the rest of his staff was very courteous, smart and polite but I will not be going back.

First office visit went well, 2nd visit for stress test was terrible. Arrived early to a crowded waiting area, all of those patients, and some new ones, were in and out. After 1 hour 15 minutes I asked when I would be called. Was told it won't be too much longer. Waited another 15 minutes and left. Apparently had an emergency procedure on another patient, one in the group when i first arrived. Staff never advised what was going on. After fasting and feeling nauseous I left.
