Felt hopeless
Friendly, however I felt I was not listen to, nor did I feel he really listened to anything I had to say. Prescribed medication that interferes with my medical condition and when I specifically asked about said medication he still prescribed it. I felt more of a bother than an actual person who needed help. Patients are an overlooked resource and should be treated as such. I felt all I could do at this point was laugh and leave.. wasted time, resources and insurance..

I Showed up at the emergency room with svt and heart rhythm issues. All the nurses and doctors in the ER saw i was in svt and treated me in accordance. The next day, after being held in the hospital overnight, he finally showed up after 11am and tells me 'there is no proof you were in svt!'He treated me like he thought I was 'just another histerical woman' he said 'how do you or the ER staff know you were experiencing svt?' I said ' well we all saw it on the machine! The drs and nurses all agreed!' he said 'they don't know! I am a cardiologist!' I proceeded to give him an earful!!Plus he was wearing a paper mask over one ear as he entered and began talking. Halfway through, he put his mask on all the way. Even I know paper mask are worthless unless severe protocol is followed. Any doctor being so paranoid to wear a mask but not following the protocol must be very misinformed!! I wouldn't let this guy near my family.

Unprofessional
I needed clearance for a surgery. He had 3 weeks to clear me. EKG was abnormal, so got a cardio gram. The results were in a week before my surgery but I received no call. Two days later I called in the a.m. asking for the results to be explained to me. I called the next two business days in the a.m. I finally received a call back at 4 p.m. letting me know I was not cleared for surgery and it was cancelled. This was the evening before for my surgery. The nurse said it took Dr. Khan that long to look at my results and make a decision. The nurse was quite rude because I was upset at it taking so long to get a call back. This was unprofessional and unacceptable. I do not recommend him at all.
