No respect for women
I went with my husband to his appointment and was NOT welcomed by this doctor. He would not look at me, speak to me and when I shook my head in disgust at what he was saying he began to yell at me. I made several attempts to speak to him with questions and he kept raising his voice and asked me to leave. I did NOT leave. I sat there like a 5 year old scolded in a corner. What a joke of a doctor. I see so many complaints online yet no one has filed any official complaints! Why is that?

Horrible experience. He was arrogant, rude, and not someone I'd ever want to see again.

This is one of the very worst doctors I have ever had the misfortune to see. He is arrogant and uncaring, lacking in bedside manner and competence. He spent less than 5 minutes with me, then walked out to see some other patient, without a word.

Staff doesn't follow their own no-show policy and doctor doesn't care. Not sure if they can't read clocks or just want to go home early by no-showing an overbooked calendar, but it isn't worth the time to try to reason. Go elsewhere and hopefully, when this doctor loses enough patients, perhaps he will be humble enough to run a parctice again. He isn't that special.

Dr Sethi was intimidating, pompous and refused to answer a basic question - then filed a report that was not factual, retaliatory and bullying in nature.

Do not trust
This is an awful, awful physician who completely contradicts his oath: First do no harm. Has a serious God complex, does not listen to patients and holds patients hostage by refusing to refill prescriptions for insulin. Shameful.

Disappointing!
VERY abrasive personality, cut my NEW PATIENT appointment short, he walked out after only a few minutes. Very questionable competence.

God complex
While his office staff is very kind and friendly, he projects friendliness as long as you don't ask questions, disagree or push him for information. Some of the information he gave me was just flat wrong. I conferred with a specialist in Phoenix who verified that his information was outdated and some just wrong. Have found another doctor who can be trusted.

Addendum to 9/9 review re 4/5 appt
Addendum to my 9/9 review. Well, since he wouldn't help me get my thyroid back into MY personal range for my well-being, after worsening symptoms over a year (and the tripling of my tsh), including dizzy spells and near passing out, I finally did pass out and landed on my right brow on a tile floor, on June 2nd, remaining unconscious for several minutes, and sustaining a serious concussion. I am STILL dealing with post concussion symptoms, this has turned my family's lives upside down. I have vision issues, am receiving concussion therapy from more than one provider, and gone through extensive testing for other issues, coming up with nothing but thyroid. I have finally, without his help or that of my primary care dr. (OTC bovine thyroid), gotten my thyroid back to where it belongs, and guess what? No more dizziness or passing out. This doctor harmed me greatly - total violation of his oath.

I have had diabetes for my whole life however I have been seeing Dr Sethi for a couple years regarding diabetes. My blood sugars are the best they have ever been in years. All the other doctors I have seen have never been able to get my sugars under control and Dr Sethi was able to in just a matter of months. He is always willing to listen to my concerns and explains the plan. His office staff is great as well. I will of course be continuing to follow with him.

Moved from out of state and saw Dr Sethi for the first time. He took the time to listen to my concerns. He addressed all of my questions and took time doing so. With a history of thyroid cancer this was important to me. Will continue to follow up with him and would recommend.

I was diagnosed with Graves disease back in 2013. I was referred to Dr. Sethi since he was the only endocrinologist in the area. He did not explain the condition well, he did not explain my options and what my possible side effects would be, and he would not listen to a word I said. He had me do the RAI treatment and I went from 200 pounds to over 280 pounds in a matter of months. Nothing I did could change it. My energy levels were non-existent, I was sleeping through my alarm clock for work frequently. I tried telling him what was going on and he would not listen to a darn word I said. It was like I wasn't even there. My life has been forever changed and I still, till this day, do not feel even like half the man I use to be. He is an absolutely terrible doctor and I highly recommend seeing a different doctor if you need your thyroid removed. Best Regards

Worse than poor care is no care! This outfit won’t return calls or emails. With or without a referral. They claim they will take a person immediately. No referral needed. I tried, then got a referral, still can’t get a response. 6 attempts now, it’s pathetic!

I especially loved how Dr. Sethi, really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor's demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic.

I had diabetes for 8years. This January 2021, I ended up with Covid and pneumonia, which the hospital had to end up giving me steroids. My sugar went up to like almost 500. I wasn’t able to get my sugar down for almost 3 weeks. Dr Sethi was highly recommended. When I went to visit him I told him I have been trying to lower my sugar for years. Dr Sethi has help me to lower my sugar and to be able to control it. For the first time I have had readings from 130 and 140. I could not get my sugar lower than 224 and for 234. I highly recommend him now. If he can help me, I know he can help others.

Multiple unsatisfactory visits. I came to Dr. Sethi to check my thyroid condition, make sure medication dosage was still ok, and to establish care. After the first, quick telehealth visit, I was sent for bloodwork, not many questions asked. The second visit I was told I had some blood values that were off, take some supplements, and come back in three months. I got a subsequent call from an assistant stating that I had a new serious medical condition (that I didn't even know I was tested for). I called office, they told me that was incorrect information (thank goodness), doctor apologized and moved on. After three months I returned, making sure bloodwork was done ahead of time so I did not have to spend hundreds on a 2 minute visit with no information. However, doctor did not even know blood work was done, did not ask questions, did not adequately answer my questions, 8 minute video call with not much substance.
