Facelift Results
I was very selective in choosing a surgeon for my facelift. Dr. Maia gave me a thorough and personalized visit upon my arrival. She performed a facelift, necklift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, and lip lift. I am overwhelmed by the positive experience and result I have gotten. The changes Dr. Maia helped me achieve have left me with a natural look and no noticeable scarring. She takes a collaborative approach with her patients and is an incredibly skilled surgeon. Her staff are top-notch as well. I am so glad I made the decision for a facelift, as it has increased my confidence. I can once again see my eyes in pictures and have lost the double chin. I can’t thank her enough. I highly recommend Dr. Maia.

Dr. Maia and her team are the best!
I'll begin by saying that I am 41 and I have wanted a nostril reduction procedure done since I was in my teens. I always knew as an adult I would do it,but anxiety, fear, and money always took over. I finally woke up one day and said, 'What are you waiting for, just do it already!?' I got a consult w another office before discovering Dr. Maia & was not feeling good about the method & approach and unhappy with the bedside manner. I did some further research &Dr. Maia's webpg appeared. I could tell her work was a work of art immediately & she looked happy in her profession. I set up my consult and start to finish it was exactly what my 1st impression during the research process was. Alaina's so nice & helpful, the surgical tech was amazing, & Dr. Maia is an expert & kind. I knew my decision to have the nostril reduction procedure felt right and that I had come to the right place. This was done under local anesthesia! 4 months later I am beyond thrilled! Simply the Best!
I'm grateful to Dr. Maia, Nurse Kristina, Alana, & the amazing team. From my first meeting, I knew I was in a special place. Dr. Maia's impressive credentials & client results initially drew me in, but meeting her confirmed it. She thoroughly explained the procedures, benefits, & risks, while answering questions with patience and compassion. There was never pressure just genuine care. Fast forward to my surgeries & aftercare: Dr. Maia is a brilliant surgeon & artist who truly understands the human body. I emerged as a much-improved version of myself. Dr. Maia and her team are excellent. My reduction surgery went extremely well. Dr. Maia listened to my questions and concerns and advised on what was best. They were responsive to all of my questions before and after the procedure. I am three months post op and very happy with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Maia and her team.

Amazing Doctor !
I needed a revision rhinoplasty which is tricky , not many doctors have the training to perform such a delicate operation .I was having trouble breathing on a daily basis as I had nasal valve collapse. I did my research and consulted with several doctors . Dr Maia was the third doctor I had a consultation with . I knew she was the one I should have perform the surgery ,so I cancelled my last 2 consultations. She did an amazing job , my breathing is fully restored ! She and her staff were diligent in making sure I was doing well after the procedure.I highly recommend Dr Maia , she is such a talent and very gifted !!! Rebecca Meden

In-office Breast Implant Removal
My whole experience with Dr. Maia was excellent. I went to see her to for removal of 21 year old Mentor high profile saline breast implants and maybe a lift, but when I found out the removal could be done in her office under local (Lidocaine injection) - I opted for that.The removal was simple, she made small incisions at the mammary crease, drained the implants then removed them. The procedure was done in about an hour, I was never in pain. Today I had my 3 month post procedure and you can barely see the incision scars. Dr. Maia saved me several thousand dollars by doing the removal in her office instead of at a surgical center. The entire staff is friendly, approachable, helpful and professional- I highly recommend her for any plastic surgery or aesthetic needs.

I had a tummy tuck with Dr Maia and I’m very happy with the results. As a mother of twins, I had a lot of excess skin and muscle separation. Dr. Maia is very knowledgeable and attentive to details and her team is very helpful and always ready to answer questions. I highly recommend Dr Maia!

Dr. Maia is fantastic. She takes the time to get to know each patient and treats her patients with genuine care and compassion. Dr. Maia and her staff are great about follow ups and patient care. Life Changing Results Beyond Expectations -- Face/Neck Lift with NO Visible Scars -- Should have done this years ago! On 31 Aug 2021, Dr. Maia performed a neck lift, chin implant, partial face lift and arm lift on this 58 year old male patient. I can attest that Dr. Maia is the most gifted of surgeons, and the results have FAR exceeded my expectations of what I thought possible. There is only one way to eliminate sagging skin, and if you are reading this, you owe it to yourself to take the next step and transform your life. Dr. Maia displayed the most genuine intentionality throughout the consultation, surgical procedure and post-surgery care. If you still are hesitating, look at the aesthetic results in the before and after pictures, and then go get the results you deserve.

I absolutely adore Dr. Maia and her team. They are perfectionists and I couldn’t be happier! She is hands down the absolute best in class. My procedure was done in office under local anesthesia, and I felt absolutely no pain (after the initial pricks from the numbing injections). The results she was able to achieve are nothing short of miraculous, but what’s great is that you would never know that I had any work done if I didn’t tell you. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Maia prior to the procedure, but after seeing first hand how thoughtful, precise, and gentle she is I trust her beyond words. Dr. Maia is a thorough professional- highly skilled, and tailors her approach and treatment to your desired outcomes. I’ve seen Dr Maia several times now, for fillers snd twice for microneedling and PRP. She accurately describes the procedure and what to expect during and afterward. Best reason to come is for results of course, and Dr Maia spends the time necessary to focus on the areas which will benefit most. Have seen several prominent surgeons in the area, and Dr Maia is the best.
