My son saw this doctor at Crystal Run. Very chatty, talks more than listens.My son had recently been released from the NICU and he brushed off a lot of our concerns. Terrible at returning calls.My son was having an adverse effect to his current formula, called and left a message, also called about medication refill. 4 days later with no medication, formula suggestions and no call back I contacted crystal run after hours, they paged him and finally he called back.Blamed his staff for not calling
