Great doctor as an ENT specialist
Dr. Mursalin Anis is a great person, caring, and very knowledgeable as an Ear, Nose, and Throat specialist. I highly recommend seeing him for the best treatment and support.

Terrible ! The staff was friendly but very bland, which is fine. The doctor had zero compassion for the fact I had PAIN during the biopsies. I also had a scan ordered STAT which they get that same day, was told by the doctor I would get a call with results. Here I am at day 3 and not one call. I even called ZERO COMPASSION & PROFESSONALISM You do NOT belong at UM you do not fit in. I will definitely be taking this further with UM directly. It is NOT OK to treat patients this way. This guys office was not even busy. Go anywhere else but to him

When the doctor was about to operate he was surprised by information given to him the first time I saw him. Will not recommend this office to anyone
