It is true that the staff haven't been trained for TLC customer service, however I've notice that Dr Nagul takes all patients no matter their Medicare or Medicaid status and tries to keep his overhead low and takes the upmost importance in seeing patients that need him. I have been going to him since 2001 and couldn't be more happy with his attention to detail and empathy for me as a person. He treats the person not the test results.

My adult daughter had an appt.here and my 4yr old granddaughter had to use the restroom the lady at the front desk gave me a key and said the bathroom was upstairs on the 3floor after allowing a lady who also had an appt. to use the bathroom here in the office when asked if we could use it instead she said it was being used never did she get up and check she just assumed it was. This is I feel discrimination I wander if it is because we dont look like we are wealthy or what but we are clean neat

Dr. Nagul is very knowledgeable and amazing. I went to him once and he took his time explaining everything. He is very thorough and I trusted him immediately. Unfortunately, I will not return to his office because of his highly incompetent office staff. They were rude, unorganized and unhelpful. They were also still trying, unsuccessfully, to keep track of appointments and records on paper...

I would give this place -5stars. The staff is rude and clueless. I have been to this office twice in one month and I've had an hour long wait both times. Before my appointment I called in to see if I could pay with my HSA account since each visit is about $200. Rebecca the front desk lady kept telling me that they only accept cash or check. I canceled my appointment then called back moments later because I knew they accepted my insurance and should in turn accept my HSA.
