My case was complicated and he spent a lot of time with me and was helpful

Mustafa wrote in my chart a diagnosis which I did not have after a 4 minute consult to establish a relationship for primary care purposes. I asked about this, and he lied stating he found the diagnosis on my previous medical records. I have my previous medical records, and even spoke with my physician who documented them. The diagnosis was not present. Instead of apologizing and admitting fault, a very minor mistake, Mustafa Albustani lied so as to not be culpable for inadequate record keeping. His appointment was 4 minutes and 17 seconds long, I timed it. He was snide and passive. I’d rather be treated by a veterinarian.

Horrific bedside manner, snide,

This doctor does not want to take the time to see the patient. He is quick to prescribe antibiotics (which were not needed) and make a diagnosis (over the phone which turned out to be wrong) even though I told him I did not want a phone visit. Refused to see me in person even though I was in the lobby of his office (urgent care). I did not present with Covid symptoms nor had I been exposed. I would avoid this doctor at all costs in the future.

I have been seeing Dr. Albustani for over 3 years. He takes time to listen to my concerns and go over test results to explain them in a simple way that I can understand. I’m very pleased with his practice, professionalism, and caring attitude and would recommend him to family and friends.
