Unprofessional and Unorganized
This facility is not professional and not organized at all. I called on a Thursday morning to schedule an appointment but no one would pick up the phone. After calling several times in a row and no one being available to pick up the phone I decided to let a little time pass before attempting to call back. I was finally able to get someone on the phone at 11:30am. I wanted to schedule an appointment with Dr Daniels only to be told by the woman who was answering the phone that to make an appointme I would have to receive a call back because there was only one person who had access to the scheduling system named Rita and she did not know where Rita was. I was also told that at this time Dr Daniels was not making appointments with new patients and that I would have to be seen by a nurse practitioner. After waiting several hours for a call back I finally called to see if I would be able to make my appointment. I was then told that I would have to wait another 30 to 45 minutes to receive a c

The best doctor any patient could have. She listens to her patients and make sure she does what is best for their needs. I use her to measure all my physicians. I live in another state now but if I could, she would still be my doctor. I had some issues with the staff but never her!
