Fantastic Bedside manor. Spends as much time as necessary to listen to patient. Very Knowledgeable.

Dr. Kamel is an excellent physician. He always takes the time to review my case and answer all questions. I recommend him to many of my customers and friends. However, his office staff leaves much to be desired. They severely lack in communication skills, follow up, and worst of all, incompetence in getting referrals right the first time. I have now had three separate occasions where my referrals were sent to the wrong locations. Time for some customer service training.

Just trying to contact someone for a needed prescription for my mother was a major problem. They said they sent script to pharmacy but when arrived was told never sent by doctor. Hard to get a hold of and slow/or never return calls. Been trying for 4 days to get a simple prescription.
