I saw her for the first time today. She was dismissive and treated me with terrible indifference. She did not really do a physical exam, unless you count putting me on the table and holding my hand for 5 minutes. She labeled me a hypochondriac, (fibromyalgia) and basically told me she couldn't help me. look through my chart and call and tell me that you can't help me before I get there before you insult me. I will never see her again! Nor do I recommend anyone seeing her.

This was one of the most disappointing doctors appointments I’ve ever been to! I told her everything and then she simply told me to keep taking the medicine I was taking. And that she was not the doctor to help me. It was extremely disappointing! She didn’t even try to help me out!I would recommend going to a different rheumatologist!

I recently visited Dr. Skaf for first time after Dr. Doud my doctor retired. I had seen Dr. Dour years. Dr. Skaf replaced her at the practice. I can honestly say I will see PA in the future. First she acted as though I was wasting her time and asked why I was there. I needed injection. She spoke to me for 20 minutes but acted as though she didn't believe me. It would've been helpful if shelooked at my chart. When I told her I was diagnosed by Dr. Rush at Monroe Meyer with ehlers danlos she asked why no genetic tests had been done. The type I have is one of two types that they have no determined genetic markers, so no tests were run. Instead Dr. Rush sent 10 page report of his findings to doctor. At end of appointment instead of having me reschedule she said I am writing scripts for a year so don't come back unless you need injection. Can't recommend her she was condescending and rude and questioned why I only needed 20 mg dosage instead of normal 60 mg dosage to treat fibro.

There isn’t a zero star rating which is what Dr. Nada should receive. She was condescending elitist and insulting; actually verbally snubbing my footwear (?) I would never recommend her to anyone. She is in the wrong profession. You will leave confused belittled and defeated. Count yourself lucky if you achieve eye contact. Beyond unprofessional. Demand better care as a consumer and patient.

People should not be treated this way. – Mar 02, 2020

It may be her or it may just be cultural but she appears not to have any empathy for your concerns. She seems to be trying to get in as many patients in a day as she can. I will have to go to another specialist to get another opinion so I can be confident there is nothing more I can do for my pain. She was quite dismissive and not at all progressive in her field. I'll not be going back.

I recently visited Dr. Skaf. I was extremely disappointed. She made me feel like I was wasting her time and I did not feel like she was listening to my concerns and symptoms. I was referred to her by my family physician with abnormal blood tests, and she dismissed them as possibly being false-positive, without bothering to re-run the tests. She had a very non-compassionate demeanor. I will not return to her. She may be very knowledgeable, but she is not the doctor for me and my chronic pain.

This doctor is amazing. She took so much time listening to all My symptoms, narrowing down possibilities. She is both very knowledgeable and caring. She’s the kind of doctor we all hope to find. If you want a great rheumatologist with experience and a bed side manner, she is the one to see.

I absolutely love Dr. Al-Skaf. Before seeing her I had been diagnosed with mixed connective tissue disease I knew nothing about this and to make matters worse I know nobody else who has this disease so I always am very confused and have tons of strange questions for her at my appointments. I'm someone who doesn't like to complain about things going on because it's so confusing but She just sits down, listens and talks. she always runs test to ensure my overall health. Thanks Dr. Diane Sams

Dr. Al-Skaf is amazing. I was in her presents for about 15 minutes and she new what my problem was and gave me relief from pain I've been dealing with for years. I've seen many Dr's for this problem and they couldn't give me a reason or solution. Do yourself a favor if your in chronic pain and give Dr. Al-Skaf a call. M.E.H.
