Dr. Nada Mukoski, MD

My experience with Dr. N. Mukoski was oh so very professional. She was kind, thoughtful, and seemed very experienced. She listened to everything I tried to convey to her concerning my physical health issues. There was only one small issue that occurred that really was not her fault at all, when she needed to pull up an agreement form from the computer that was needed so I could sign it and that would have allowed her to help me with being prescribed a medication that I believe would give me a better quality of life concerning my physical and mental situation, it was not able to be pulled up. She tried and tried but it just would not work. Other than that I would recommend Dr. N. Mukoski a rating of five out of five and I consider myself blessed to have had the privilege of meeting and speaking with her.

She is so easy to talk to and really listens to your concerns she makes sure you have your prescriptions when you leave She gave me the consult I needed to see the doctor I chose for my IBS and she spent alot of time with me ,I am grateful to have her as my primary physician

Dr. Mukoski is the doctor the VA has assigned me to at the Adam Benjamin Jr. VA clinic in Crown Point. She has demonstrated a genuine concern to my long term health. Other than my PCP no other doctor has spent the amount of time with me that she did on my first meeting with her. One hour of taking history, making recommendations, checking my medications and prior history. Even though this service is free through the VA, it would be worth my time to have her as my physician in a paid status.
