Dr. Siddiqui performed two stomach scopes and a liver biopsy on me. He was very professional. He had a very calming personality which made me feel at ease.

Found a bacterial overgrowth caused my pancreatitis (Amylase level over 10K). 21 days of the correct antibiotics and never had it again.

Absolutely unprofessional. They make their patients sign an extremely strict (well beyond industry standard) tardy policy, they charge for lateness), yet have absolutely zero respect for the time of their patients. I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes before I finally left without being seen. The patient who walked out at the same time I did had been waiting over an hour and a half without being seen. There was zero apology about the wait for either of us.

I had an appointment with Bethany White for a follow up after a colonoscopy. I was told to come to the office 10 minutes early for check in. I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and then sat for 30 minutes. I was then put in the exam room where I again sat for over 30 minutes. I decided to leave after waiting an hour plus. I asked for my co-pay amount of $40.00 back. I have never received my money back nor have I heard from this office apologizing for this rude treatment.

Dr. Siddiqui is very knowledgeable but his office is not run efficiently. Staff does not answer phones - you must leave a voicemail and sometimes call back again if you do not get a response. Significant staff turnover year-to-year. Different procedure times given and a few other miscommunication examples. You need to actively confirm everything. He explains things well and answers questions if you can catch him.

I would recommend this doctor. He was great except for the fact that he was hard to understand.
