Gina and Elizabeth are fabulous. Gina takes the time to understand my issues and provides advice and recommendations.

This Dr. listened to my concerns and addressed each one. He was very kind and thorough.

I have been going here for 10 years plus. I have a condition that surgery might not fix as why the years here. From Dr. McKenna to Dr. Helmi. He is truly wonderful, helps me live. Awesome. Best place ever. Great staff. Michele up front is so polite to Elizabeth who is truly a gem as the Dr. help. The staff is what makes this place so wonderful especially when your in pain. If you can get an appointment, do it. I can't say enough about Dr. Helmi.

Since changing Pain management Doctor's to Dr. Helmi its been a great move for me. After a few visits and some work Dr. Helmi and his team have me up on my feet walking around with a whole lot less pain. Now i am able to get through most of my day with out pain medication and tons of ibuprofen. Although the work they are doing isn't complete they are still at it knocking off all of the areas that have been effected for so long. Thank you team.

Awesome staff, very helpful and very polite. Clean rooms and the Dr takes his time to explain the procedures as well as what's going on with you. Explores all options available to the patient. Has been a life saver to my husband.

He is such a bad doctor just terrible do not go with him. He doesn’t care at all

Doctor Helmi is a wonderful doctor. After about 5 years with him this year his front desk staff has treated me like a child. His office manager is no better. She refuses to listen or understand what it is you’re trying to say. I wrote Dr. Helmi a personal letter to tell him I was leaving because of his front desk staff and his office manager. The front office refused the letter. And had it returned to sender. I’m sure doctor Helmi would want to know what goes on out front, or he doesn’t care. I won’t go back and quite frankly I’m glad I’m not going back. If you want to be treated badly and disrespectful by all means go to this office. They won’t disappoint you!

Dr. Helmi he is a very good listener And discusses your options with you

very nonchalant. Staff does not communicate with patients and are insensitive to their patients and patients concerns. Very disappointed in their lack of customer service! Their lack of knowledge and lack of proper communication. The experience that I have had lets me know that the genuinely do not care about their patients!

Unfortunately I developed extreme back pain. Surgery was my last resort. After seeing and being treated by Dr. Helmi, I know know there are other options. I cannot express how much he has helped me. I can walk and function almost normally. I am not drugged up everyday. I would highly recommend Dr Helmi for pain treatment.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Helmi and his office. Staff is wonderful, warm and efficient. The wait is short to acceptable as with most offices. And most importantly Dr. Helmi is excellent, As a matter of personal policy, I do not make recommendations. In this case I would make an exception.

I have been to pain specialists for years. Dr. Helmi and his P.A. Lucy are attentive and pay attention to each patient and their needs. I got the treatmentsunami I needed and have been able to wean off pain meds. I can honestly say I have full faith in this office to help me and work for my best interests while reducing pain. I would recommend this office to anyone who (sadly) needs to see a pain specialists.

One of the worst Dr experiences. I moved here with all of my medical records and MRIS established already. Chronic conditions such as diabetes with neuropathy, lupus with chronic inflammation, degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, cervical thoracic and Lumbar herniation with radiculopathy, and myofascial pain syndrome. I guess it I wasn't in enough pain that day specifically to elicit a compassionate dr. Too bad I can't tell the rest of the story space is limited here.
