Extreme DISAPPOINTMENT
This doctor was the worse experience my family has had. We went to Saint Luke’s at 430 in morning with my daughter who had 104 temp and wouldn’t eat or drink anything and very lethargic the doctor would not listen to any concerns and kept getting really rude with us no matter what questions were asked. She was very rough with my daughter who had just turned 1 she then said she doesn’t know about any of that and said to consult a pediatrictian… but if I can’t trust to take my daughter to the ER with something like this what if someone came in with a little with a more serious condition and she not listen or not know what she was doing ? I worry for the younger children who go to that ER I was made to feel dumb and we ended up leaving at 1045 and went to a pediatriction at that point and right away the pediatrictian told us she had a bad case of thrush and that it was the cause of all her symptoms . I’m beyond disappointed and scared for how my daughter was treated and how rough she was

Very dismissive
Extremely dismissive and talked down to me. I went in with chest, rib and back pain that was making it hard to breathe from Pneumonia and she told me my lungs sounded great, my pulse ox was at 97 and that there was nothing that could be done. I followed up with a clinic the next day and they told me that in her notes, my pulse ox was at 94 (not that that makes a big difference, i just don't appreciate being lied to), that my lungs DONT sound good and that I actually have bronchitis on top of having Pneumonia. I was given Prednisone and an Inhaler to help me breathe better.

Rude and negligent
Would leave 0 stars if possible! Dr. Juneja was very negligent in her care of our 3 yr old child. She dismissed all of our concerns and wouldn’t listen to concerns. We were sent home and if we hadn’t followed up with our pediatrician, our son would not be here today. We were admitted to the Children’s Hospital with a cancer diagnosis less than 72hrs later. If not for our advocacy for our child and his pediatrician, he would not be here today. Dr. Juneja is absolutely terrible and negligent towards patients!

Very rude and dismissive
Dr. Juneja lacks any compassion. She is completely rude and dismissive to patients concerns or complaints. She did not provide any answers to my questions and refused all requests for care. While redressing a wound she caused further harm and pain with her lack of regard for the surgical site.

Dr. Juneja was very dismissive and administered medicine in the ER without an explanation of what was being administered. Was very dissatisfied with my "care"- if you could call it that.
