Dr. Nadia Malik, MD

Dr Malik is great. She is a good listener, and is very warm and encouraging. She is very knowledgeable and really makes sure she covers all the options for treatment. My husband and I both go to her for our primary care and are very happy with her.

Not a fan. She tends to interrupt & beleaguer a point after multiple requests for her to drop it. I told her not to order a certain unnecessary blood test and she did anyway along with the others I had agreed to. She was unable to insert the speculum for a pap, blaming me that I am too tight. However when I went to Japan gynecologist a week later, there was no issue at all with insertion, and never was an issue with any other doc. Had Dr. M been able to do the exam, I would not have had to make an appointment with a gynecologist. I don’t have extra time to waste on 2 appointments when one should have sufficed . I also mentioned some symptoms for which Dr. M had no viable suggestions. Where as my new doctor ran some tests & referred me on to a specialist. Dr M’s clinical assistant didn’t take my height, only asked how tall I was for this physical. Turns out I have actually shrunk an inch, as the clinic assistant at my new doc took my height for real.

I met with Dr. Malik today and was impressed by her fantastic bedside manner and demeanor. I had my toddler in with me for an office visit and it was my first visit to this office. Dr. Malik made the experience comfortable for both my child and I and listened very thoroughly. I appreciate her approach to health care and plan to see her again. Thank you for brightening our day!
