Dr. Naganalini Tirumalasetty, MD

I am very impressed with the care of Dr Tirumalasetty. The test and lab work that the doctor suggested; it provided enough information that I wasn’t aware I had a condition to be treated and other physicians didn’t give the care for it. The doctor is very professional and takes her time to listen and she is very assertive in her diagnosis. I highly recommend Dr Tirumalasetty. :-)

Please find a different 'Doctor'. On walk-in there's complete silence and a empty reception area. No where to sign in, no one to greet you or let anyone know you've arrived. After a phone call to the office, that rang to someone's cell not at reception, the PA came out to move me to patient room. PA seemed to be the running the office alone with very small patient rooms. After all test I was set to meet with the PA again. The place again looked abandoned when I entered. After an hour of waiting in silence and loud HELLO's, The PA appeared. HE advised me to have the thyroid removed. When I was finally able to speak with the doctor, she found it difficult to understand me or any of my questions. Clearly a language barrier of English. I spoke to the PA again who was able to interpret for us. I was told to find a Surgeon. After that I never heard from this office again. No letter, return call, no post-op, nothing... Thankfully the Surgeon followed up on me. One Love...

I have been seeing Dr. T and PA Alan Garcia for my Hashimoto Thyroiditis. They were always respectful and professional, I enjoyed the service I received from their team and would continue to see them.

Appreciate the professionalism of Dr T and her staff. Dr T and Alan Garcia are thorough in their evaluations as well as patient in answering my questions. When I have called the office with questions for Dr T I received a same day response. Awesome doctor!!

I have been diagnosed with type 1 Diabetes for 53 years and I have been seen by 9 different Endocrinologists over that time. Unfortunately I have had to leave the last 2 practices because they became too large and difficult to deal with. Dr. T has a small practice and excellent staff. I am always able to reach her receptionist by phone in person. Both Dr. T and her PA Garcia are very knowledgeable yet they take the time to listen and they treat me as an equal in my Diabetes treatment plan. I highly recommend this Endocrinology practice.

She has a wealth of knowledge, listens, and consistently demonstrates effective communication and compassion.

DO NOT go to Dr. T for your endocrine needs. She is rude and condescending. She is too cheap to hire a front desk person or an MA. She makes her NP do everything. No one picks up the phone either when you call her office phone number.

All of my visits with Dr. T have been virtual since Covid, but she is thorough and takes more time discussing my issues, concerns and any changes since previous .visits than other specialists I have seen in the past and never rushes to end the visit until she is certain that all my concerns and/or questions have been answered.

Dr. T is awesome. After going to a long list of doctors before Dr. T., I can tell you she is a cut above all the other doctors and I feel lucky to have her as my physician. She also has a delightful disposition.

I came to Dr T with uncontrolled diabetes , triglycerides 1000 ( not a typo) .I had a debilitating headache every single day . She did all the relavent tests and put me on an array of meds that gave me normal lipidpanel in a month. My general health improved headaches are alleviated too. She is very methodical and helped me understand my condition She encouraged me to work on the problems instead of simply blaming me or patronizing me . I am forever indebted to her for her medical treatment.

She is attentive and take time. She knows her stuff. I am thrilled with my results of significant improvement with my osteoporosis with Tymlos treatment over the last 18 month s.

I have had 2 telehealth appointments with Dr Tirumalasetty and she has been very professional and thorough. She has reviewed my medical history and I feel very confident with her knowledge regarding my diagnosis.

I had my 1st appointment today, via virtual with Dr Tirumalasetty. It was a referral from my PCP. Dr Tirumalasetty is a very kind, courteous and compassionate Doctor & Endocrinologist. She carefully listened to my health concerns & made suitable recommendations. I am very grateful for her knowledge and expertise. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an excellent Endocrinologist.

While a very competent doctor, from the first visit she made certain to 'remind' me to pay my bill. Her bedside manner, and continual asking for funds, was always uncomfortable and inappropriate as I don't think it should be brought up when someone hasn't missed, or incurred, payments. I paid with my debit card, and they took that as permission to do that every month, which was never brought up and I signed nothing letting them do this, and also despite me paying another way before they debited it. The Dr. herself called me back after I asked for my funds back and told me to think of the fees she incurs for each card transaction. Never going back, do not recommend someone this rude.

Kind, considerate and capable!

I moved here from Utah and needed to find a new doctor, was looking for a doctor who would be able to understand my type II diabetes. Dr. Nalini Tirumalasetty listened to my concerns and ran blood tests to verify how I was doing. A1C, fasting glucose, and fed and fasting insulin. She got the labs and we discussed where I'm at and the short and long term solutions to stay in a good A1C range. I have had type II diabetes for 17 years and she is the first doctor who I have 100% confidence in. She is very nice and professional. I highly recommend her!

My wife is a 40 year insulin dependent diabetic. I never expected her to have an a1c less than 7 again. After just a few months with Dr. Tirumalasetty she is 6.8. Amazing! Dr T understands the new CGM technology and knows how to explain how to make it work to your advantage. Gradually, she pushed to get her high readings down, gently encouraging her and making her realize she could do better. And she has. In 40 years she's been to many endocrinologists, but this is her best experience by far.

Neat, clean office. Friendly reception. Dr. Tirumalasetty gave me her full attention while obtaining my history and reason for the visit. She is soft-spoken and intelligent, easily grasping my situation and concerns. Various tests were ordered and I returned for an appointment to review my results. And this is my favorite part - when I was put in the exam room, I was handed a copy of all of my test results to review while I waited for the doctor, so I could ask any questions pertaining to them! This was wonderful! Usually I have to fight and beg to get a copy of any of my own medical records, and often pay for a copy. And here I was handed them without asking, able to review them prior to talking to the doctor and ask my questions about them! Finally, a doctor who gets it! I recommend Dr. Tirumalasetty as professional, intelligent and serving the patient well!

My first contact was to make an appointment which went as smoothly as you could ever ask for polite, caring and thoughtful. And then when I met Dr. T she was so into figuring out what was happening to me...she took her time and I felt that it really matters to her and I have found you don’t get treated that way very often. I finally felt peace, and we together can handle it all. I thank Jesus for showing me the way to her.
