Dr. Nana Barseghian, MD

Initially I made a new patient appointment and on the day of the appointment I was told they don't have me scheduled. Made another appointment, I showed up on time. I waited an hour in the room before the MA came to do vitals and new patient assessment. Waited another 20 minutes before the MA came back and told me that Dr. Nana Barseghian is not in the office because she sees patients at Providence so she will call me. I left the clinic pretty annoyed. I am a working professional and I took time off from work to see this PCP. She has absolutely no respect for her patients time if this is how she treats them. Just so you know, she also NEVER called me. Can you believe this? When people complain about their HMO plans, now I know why. As someone who works in the healthcare industry, I have never seen a dtr just not show up to their appointments without a reasonable explanation.
