I am done!
I walked in to my well-woman exam and told her a problem I had the month before and before any exam or anything, she told me I had Cancer. The stress this caused myself and family for 6 weeks was excruciating. After my pap and a biopsy, there was no sign of cancer. I couldn’t get my results for over two weeks which added to our stress. So unprofessional!

Will not be seeing again
I saw nancy to get my IUD replaced. The assisting nurse was very friendly and comforting, however, dr b was not at all disarming. I have had this procedure done before, so i knew what to expect. What i did not expect was the unprofessional and distracted performance by the dr. This was the most painful procedure i have ever experienced, as she had to entirely restart the process after a first attempt. I will be finding a new provider ASAP.

Dr. Bucy Nancy is very professional and passinate. One very exception service that impresses me is that she communicates with her patient by messenges. It does not matter if it is evening or holidays, or if you are out of town, you will get her replies to easy the worries. I heard that she would postpone her family holiday party to go to the hospital to deliver a baby when she was on vacation. I would highly recommend Dr. Bucy Nancy

A professional doctor with years of experience and a great human being. Dr. Bucy took me as a patient when I first came to live in USA and had still no medical insurance, other doctors would not take me without it, she gave me an appointment within days and I was succesfully diagnosed and treated from an ongoing health situation. After a few months of being her patient I got pregnant naturally for the first time, since my two other kids were ivf. Had a beautiful pregnancy with a great delivery.

Dr Bucy was unprofessional and after I waited 45 minutes to see her she rushed through the appointment not listening to anything I said
