Unhappy with the lack of attention and care.
My mother, who died from stage 3C ovarian cancer at 86, was let down by Dr. Mantich. She felt like she did not listen to her or take her seriously when she had discomfort and bloating before her diagnosis at 85. She did not get the tests or follow-ups as needed, which might have been affected by her age. I think her life could have been longer if she had been diagnosed earlier with a vaginal ultrasound and a CA125 test. I urge Dr. Mantich and other doctors to be more attentive and compassionate to their patients and their families, and to rethink their practices to ensure a better healthcare environment.

If it wasn't so hard to get an appointment with her I would highly recommend her. But the more people that know about her would make appointments even harder to come by. At least in the Mt. Prospect office.
