It was a good appointment I just wish she would be aware and remember important information from one appointment to another I should not have to be the one to remind her of what was done and what now needs to be done. Also if a doctor has to send you to a specialist I would expect your family doctor to be involved and show interest in what is going on with her patient sadly she doesn’t. I think she may have too much on her plate and is dropping the ball when it comes to her patients. Don’t get me wrong I really like Dr Miles she is a good person doctor I’m just over the years noticing these things.

I was in on Friday the 31st for a follow up with Dr Miles we talked about my health issues and about the specialist at St Francis she sent me to about gastro issues. She is always interested in other things going on in my life and I really appreciate that she cares about my mental health as well because I suffer with severe anxiety. I recently got my first post college job and will be getting different insurance so I made sure to ask the ladies when I checked in if I would still be able to have Dr Miles as my doctor I was so happy when they said no I not have to change docs because I don’t want to have any other family doc but Dr M she is fantastic

Dr. Miles took time, she didn't rush you out the door, & she cared about you & gave suggestions to better your health.

Appointment was yearly wellness reviewed and explained all test results. Listened and addressed concerns. Pleasant yet professional.

She ask a few questions, but mostly lets you tell her what is bothering you. She doesn't go deeper into why your condition is. She gives a vague explanation and that is it. I still have the same issues.

I was told to go off of a medication that I was taking because I was having a bad reaction to it. Was told they would call me in a different medication. They did but it was for $300.00. They knew I had no but I reminded them again. They said they would call in something different. This was on 09/06/17. Never heard a word back. Called again on Monday at 7:30 in the morning, no response. Went through Next MD , no response. Called again they said to go back on the old medicine!

If I could leave negative stars I would! I have never met a more rude, hateful and disrespectful person in my life. If you need help she is definitely not the one.
