Dr Neufeld is absolutely the worst Dr in the history of Drs. She misdiagnosed my daughter and said she was type 2 ( my daughter was 6 years old!) and almost killed her. I basically starved my daughter for 3 months because unlike type one you can’t control your blood sugars so I put her on a no carb diet recommended by this inept Dr. Her A1c was 6.1 (of course because I starved her) and Neufeld in exact words said “I doNt think she’s even diabetic”! I asked if I should check her blood sugars anymore and she said maybe once a week. Well low and behold after going back on a regular diet within two weeks my beautiful daughter ended up in the hospital with DKA and almost died. We tried to call this inept Dr and guess what???? Her cell phone was disconnected!!! So we made the choice on our own to take my daughter to Cedars where they called her themselves and said on all the years they have been nurses this is the first time seeing a Dr’s phone disconnected! Go somewhere else!!!

I brought my daughter to see her in August regarding a growth issue. She told us to get an xray which we did. I never heard back from her. I called a few months later and she never returned my call. I finally was able to get in touch with her in Feb, 6 months after we initially went to her. Meanwhile I spent $400 out of pocket for her visit and the xray. Ive never had such bad treatment from a Dr. She gets 0 stars from me. I've never written a review of a Dr before, good or bad, but I'm pissed!

Incredibly rude and discourteous Doctor. Is difficult to get ahold of, charges extra for many necessary parts of a endocronolgist appointment, and constantly treats you like you're a nuisance, whether it be in person or on the phone. EVERY time you go in for an appointment, she seems to be unable to remember ANYTHING about your health plan. Her secretary is also one of the most disrespectful and dim-witted I've ever encountered. Worst Endocrinologist in Los Angeles.

If you're looking for a Doctor who will criticize you for gaining one pound and tell you that, because of that 1 pound, you're on the fast track to obesity, then this doctor is for you. She will refuse to accept the possibility that the one pound is water weight.
