Fantastic, immediately the best dr. appt I've had
Lovely person, very attentive and receptive to my issues, everyone in the office was very professional and kind, and I don't think I've received better care. She comes across as someone who really cares about her patients well-being and does her best working within a broken system to get good outcomes for her patients.

In Good hands
Had my first visit with Dr. Ross. I found her to be knowledgeable, attentive and engaged. She was well prepared knowing my medical history which served as the foundation for my visit. Some of the ratings here have got to be bogus because my experience indicates they are unfounded.

Doesn’t care and isn’t knowledgeable
Saw Dr. Ross for a virtual primary care visit. She is not good at her job. I have asthma and she didn’t ask about peak flow data. I complained of itching and she asked if I went for blood tests and I was like no… why? And she said I could only talk about one problem during the visit which didn’t make any sense at all. She is a horrible doctor

Dr Ross is the best doctor I’ve found in California. She listens to everything you say to address the complete problem and then EXPLAINS what tests she wants and why she wants them. She is willing to do what other doctors are too lazy to do. I told doctors about my toes for YEARS. She was the 1st to EVEN LOOK at them and is the reason I saw a specialist, had sugery, and can walk pain free again. She doesn’t assume what’s wrong and is happy to refer you to a specialist if she doesn’t know.
