Dr. Naomi Sato, MD

I called in the morning as soon as they opened to make an appointment for my daughter. Although it wasn't an urgent matter, per-se, they offered a same-day appointment at 10:45am. I got there 20 minutes early and called the number to check- in. I was about 11:10 when I called the number to make sure they didn't forget about it since, at this point, we've been waiting for 40 minutes but only about 20 minutes passed our scheduled time. They tell me I can come in put us in a room. Once in the room, I again, check on them after 20 minutes and asked if they doctor will see us soon. The front desk women turns to somoene else and asks if the doctor was notified we were ready. I didnt see what the other person said but she tells me the doctor will be with us now. Sadly, our experiences have all been similar when coming here. Today, I decided I was better off finding a doctor that's more considerate of patients' time. Terrible, terrible office. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I had made an appointment for my son to update vaccines for middle school, this appointment focused on his weight, I didn't come for a physical I thought it was rude to have my sons weight the focus of the appointment when I came for a specific quick visit. I also don't like that they were pushy on getting the flu vaccine, if they parent says no thanks I don't need a whole lesson to why he should get it, never have i experience that and I did not like it.

I had to change doctors to find out my sin had a life threatening disease. Please if u care for your child even a little bit don't take them here

I love all the doctors at this clinic. They have provided care for my two daughters for over five years and the care is always exceptional.
