Dr. Assaad decided to cancel my appointments due to being 8 minutes late when her practice allows up to 15 minutes grace. (So I thought) However she refused to advise why she decided to do so. But that wasn?t the issue it was her approach and the way she handled herself as a professional and a doctor. She seems to think it?s okay to approach patients in a manner that is highly unprofessional and was offended when I dismissed her. Just because you are a doctor doesn?t put you above a patient or an individual in general. She refused to provide information requested at this visit and apparently she must have been having a bad day or hates her personal life to come to work taking it out on patients. She needs to work on being professional by talking and acting like a doctor and not a savage. I?ve already filed complaints with the state board being one. Parents find a business that appreciates your business and respects you regardless of race and age.

Love her
I have 5 children. We started seeing her in 2012. She is absolutely wonderful. She is very thorough, kind, loving, and treats you like family. Her whole staff is like family. My two older boys had a lot of health issues when they were young, and she knew exactly what to do and handled each situation and made sure we got the in to see specialists , when it was needed. We love her. All my kids love her. Her nps are very good as well. She is an amazing doctor and we are very blessed to have found her years ago!!

Dr Assaad took over as our pediatrician from another doctor who retired, so we inherited her. We saw her for several years (with two children) and she was good when there were no issues, but over the last year, her service deteriorated. She seemed to not be paying attention to the situation, seemed to forget key things, did not seem prepared, or follow up properly. I would not say she is reliable or sympathetic with serious issues. She did not show herself to be a caring, conscientious doctor to us.
