Dr. Narsis Moshfeghi, MD

Have always loved the Dr and staff. Been a patient for almost 20 years and never had a problem until the last year or two. I could never get through to the office! when they were supposed to be answering the phones during the day, the machine was always on and I would leave numerous messages and nobody would ever call me back. the staff was completely unhelpful when I needed their help and support with my insurance and always just did the minimum of what’s expected and sometimes it wasn’t even the minimum! They say the front office and staff are your first impression into the physician and all I can say is the staff leaves a very poor presentation of the doctor. It’s been very upsetting and I can only hope that the office will get it together before patients start leaving. Your physician is supposed to be your lifeline and when you can’t even get through to them, it’s completely unprofessional and disheartening.

I have been to Dr. Moshfeghi for several years now and I think I've had enough. My family all goes to her and her staff knows us but they are still incredibly rude on the phone, lose important medical tests and records and are extremely unaccommodating. Dr. Moshfeghi herself thinks she is the best doctor ever and doesn't listen. I have been experiencing chronic pain for years and after initially telling me to take supplements, she refuses to listen when I try to explain I still have symptoms and says I'm doing better because of the supplements despite the fact I'm still in extreme pain. She is incredibly greedy, she claimed the vitamin supplements I got on Amazon are bad and that's why I'm not feeling better even though I bought the same brand her office sells-she just wants to upcharge me. She insists on scheduling full office visit for the smallest thing and refused to give my mom biopsy results without scheduling an appointment for weeks out since she had no openings. HORRIBLE

Dr Mospheghi is very caring, detailed oriented. I found her to have a genuine empathy with her patient.

Dr Moshfeghi is very knowledgeable and caring however her staff never calls back, takes 2-3 calls for a prescription refill. very frustrating

On my first visit, Dr. Moshfeghi displayed wide-ranging expertise. She was generous with her time and her staff seemed very efficient and welcoming I felt that I had found my ideal primary doctor.

I have never encountered a more skilled, empathic physician. The level of care on all levels is top notch. I have found the office staff responsive to my needs and extremely courteous.

I've never met a doctor like Dr. Moshfeghi. She takes the time to listen to her patients and besides treating symptoms, she also looks at the bigger picture of your overall health. She's a compassionate and skilled physician. I feel fortunate to have found her.

After years of traveling into Beverly Hills and the Westside to my Internist and other doctors, I requested a referral from a doctor friend there for an internist close to my home in West Hills and Dr. Moshfeghi was the recommendation. How fortunate that day was...I immediately felt comfortable and confident in her abilities, appreciate her conservative yet pro-active approach to all medical issues and the referrals she has give me as well. If I could give her 10 stars I would!
