I would like to commend Dr. Masood for understanding a situation I had with a company who supplied my CPAP (supplies). I also would like to commend the office Liaison person who went through great lengths to set me up with a company that has worked with my needs. This company allowed me to receive heated tubing( as I once was told, I couldn't , from old suppliers).I received my orders in a timely fashion and my first order was a success... Thank you both for helping me.

My experience at this practice was horrendous. The doctors arrived 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, the waiting room was disgusting and they attempted to bully me into a sleep study before confirming my insurance covered it. When I asked about the treatment they were recommending and what it did and what caused the issues they were wanting to look into, I was shown a 30 second YouTube video and then escorted out of the room. After finding out the service was denied, I received numerous calls, emails, and texts about an appointment with no answers to the questions I had. The last straw was receiving a call at 9:40pm asking about coming in for the service that my insurance denied. Absolutely poor service and communication all around. If you want to be bullied into a service that you may or not be approved for and stalked, this is the doctor to see. Otherwise, avoid at all costs.
