Incompetent, undereducated, can’t treat serious asthma issues. They throw expensive inhalers at you and don’t look any further to diagnose anything serious. I almost lost my life several times over a 2 year period because they refused medication that would save me. I had to diagnose myself so they kicked me out as a patient. If you value your life go somewhere else!! Don’t say you were not warned!!

Dr Humayun was very nice. Thanks to his suggestion on ways to improve pulmonary cond weight loss I have lost 10 lbs since vs which is hard at my age and decreased activity. Thank you sir.

Dr Humayun And All The Staff Are Great!! Dr Humayun Is A Great A Thorough Dr!! He Tells You Like It Is And Always Ask You Do You Have Any Questions!!! Steven Goes To Him He Has A Lesion On His Left Lung And C O P D And He Does Very Well With Him!! Very Much Recomend Dr Humayun And Staff!!!

Dr. Humayun treated my husband for sleep apnea and now he and I both have a better quality of life. His staff was wonderful and the sleep techs were amazing.

I brought my Pop and now myself. I have C O P D and severe sleep apnea. My sleep study was the best sleep I had had in a long time. It was quiet and comfortable and they were very nice and seen to my every need. My lungs are in horrible shape from lifelong Asthma and smoking. He is always very clear and tells me like it is. His staff is always friendly and gets things done. I had some insurance issues with a medication and had to be sent back to the Dr office to be insurance approved I ask my pharmacist how long do you think this will take? He said not long his staff gets things done quickly AND THEY DID. Love this office.

Unless you have sleep apnea, don't expect much. The environment of the sleep study was loud. My results were ABNORMAL but he would not collaborate with me on treatment. I'm medical and unfortunately I run across a "bad specialist" from time to time. This guy is definately not worth your time unless you need a CPAP machine. After my experience, I ask some primary care colleages in Dalton about their experience with him...seems i could have saved myself time and frustration as his reputation of being a poor provider is well known in the medical community. He will not be getting my referrals.

The office does not return phone calls. This practice has difficulty following through with necessary insurance paperwork. Office staff does not express care or concern toward visitors. Communication is poor.

Dr. Humayun may be a good doctor to see if you have a common pulmonary problem such as asthma or sleep apnea, I'm not certain. I do know that he did not understand the scope and treatment of my Vasculitis which targets my lungs when I have a flare in addition to having Lupus. So far,I find the doctor to be thorough.He is very detailed on first appt.He did ask if I had questions/concerns. I had a few tests and was at the office for 3 hours,but was 30 mins early .Some paperwork issues and all,but no real problems on first visit.I left feeling hopeful..

My mask had broken and I needed someone to look at it. I called Tuesday morning and left a message for someone to call me (no one called) and I called four more time to no avail. When I went by after work I was told that the the lady that deals with equipment wouldn't be back until Thursday! Went by another place and they gave me clip which fixed it and I was set. Horrible customer service. Get out of your silos and help your patients! No one could help me with a simple clip? Embarrassing!

Seems knowledgeable but the good news ends there. Office is kind of a patient mill. They don't seem to like to answer questions or have much concern about patients. In and out mostly & want to do procedures and move on to next person. I have never given a Doctor a bad mark in my life but I would stay away from this office. Office is a mess and some of the equipment seems very rickety. Staff are harried. I had test and it took weeks for them to get back to me.

Dr. Humayan and all the staff at Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine have been professional, pleasant, and courteous. I feel they are resolving my issues with sleep and I'm excited to see how this will change my everyday life. I highly recommend this practice, in particular Condelia (sp?) who fits sleep masks and Jason who explained my test results. Also, the respiratory therapist, Jamie Pepper, who saw me struggling to change a flat tire in the parking lot and came to my assistance.

Did not have a clear understanding of my condition after examination. Records keeping and appointment records very poor. Wrong cpap equipment delivered to me. After I dismissed the doctor, I tried to get my records and was told that I would have to pay for them. I thought they were already MY records. Poor Poor service.
