Dr. Nastran Hashemi, MD

Dr Hashemi and the office staff are outgoing, helpful, and kind in their demeanor. On my 1st visit, Dr Hashemi was thoughtful, engaging, and showed a high level of regard to understanding 9 years of declining health. Subsequent appointments with her PAC were also thorough. I plan to continue having her as my primary care doctor.

This Dr. is amazingly arrogant and uncaring. To add insult to injury she's not very good and keeps passing the ball to other doctors.

I visited with My grandmother and ended up not to see her as she is most arrogant and worst Dr and incapable of understanding problems. Zero empathy sky rocking attitude.

I would’ve been a new patient. My appointment was at 10 am. I was fasting. The receptionist was basically ignoring the people waiting, including me, busy on the phone. By almost 11 am, I asked how much longer it would be. Her answer: “I don’t even know what time she’ll be here”. Unbelievable!!!!! So disrespectful! So I left. I wouldn’t know if she would be there in 5 minutes or 5 hours. I wasted my time, my morning from work, my fasting. ?? Looking for a more professional doctor now.

I had the pleasure of being seen by Nurse Practicioner Austin Sheppard on my first visit to the office and had such a great experience with her. She was immediately warm and made me feel comfortable even though I get nervous in doctors offices. I felt like she was really listening to me and present. She answered my many questions and had a clear course of action. I felt very well taken care of and have already recommended her to others and I look forward to seeing her again.

Dr Hashemi is our family doctor. We moved from Wisconsin and were concerned about finding a primary care doctor. When interviewing her at our first appointment I learned that after she was finished with her education she served as the only doctor in a city of 40,000 people. She has experience in everything. She has a great bedside manner and truly listens. She is well connected with specialists to make referrals. She took all the time necessary to make sure I understood the condition of my health, my medications and what I could do to improve my health. I can't overstate how pleased my wife and I are with her. If you are looking for a primary care doctor, you can't do any better than Dr. Hashemi.

Dr. Hashemi is so kind and thoughtfully concern in regards to the health of her patients. She, along with the staff provide us excellent medical and physical care. She is always there for every concern of her patients.

The service that I received from Dr. Hashemi is excellent. She master what she is doing that's why there is none much delay in catering our needs. She is skillful and knowledgeable. She listens very well to her patients concern and provide responses for the best course of action.

She is smart, patients, approachable and loving doctor. She really loves what she's doing because she really listen carefully to her patient's concern and give action with it as soon as possible. Dr. Hashemi was my parents doctor for over five years and until now they are consistent in what they are doing. She take good care all her patients and she is patient to explain everything to her patient's family and the patient, that's why my mother like her so much. She is smart and kindhearted doctor also.

Dr. Nastran Hashemi is awesome! Dr. Hashemi and the entire staff are beyond amazing. When you have an appointment, they will spend the whole scheduled period with you if need be; I know when I come in to see Dr. Hashemi she’s already reviewed the reasons for my coming in and my file. I never feel rushed, and she always asks if I have any other questions.
