Wonderful "bedside" manner! Dr. Earl is kind and understanding, and I never felt rushed notwithstanding the many questions I had. She answered all of my questions thoroughly, plus she is so very sweet! The office is run very efficiently as well. 5+ Stars!!!

Do not see Dr. Earl
My son saw Dr. Earl for an ENT visit. I waited to take him for an x-ray because I was not keen on surgery for him. His condition progressed, and I took him for an x-ray. After receiving the results Dr. Earl's office left me a voicemail stating that my son had enlarged adenoids and to call them for information on scheduling a sleep study. I called several times a week for over a month and not one person knew what I was talking about "because there were no notes from Dr. Earl in his chart". I received several promises of a call back with more information and also that the referral for a sleep study would be sent. However, that never happened. After experiencing this I would never trust Dr. Earl with performing any surgery on my son. I have no faith in this practice as the basics in communication skills are completely disregarded. It's very disheartening because at the end of the day, she is leaving a child to suffer. DO NOT GO HERE!

Amazing doctor!
Saw Dr Earl as a follow up from her colleague to have some stitches removed. I was highly anxious. Unlike many docs, not only was she entirely validating if my anxiety but she walked me through each step to make sure I was prepared and knew what was happening. Many docs brush off my anxiety and it was refreshing to be heard and accommodated. She caused me no pain or discomfort and I left with a lesser fear of these kind of procedures. Thanks Dr Earl!

very disorganized office. Waited literally hours for my pre-scheduled appointment. Reservation system not working according to front desk staff. Overcrowding in waiting area with lack of concern for exposure to covid. Directed to incorrect physician. All in all, very poor patient attentiveness and care.

My daughter has been going since she was a baby. She is 9 now. My daughter had a lot of ear infections and her pediatrician suggested tunes. Dr Earl said that we should wait a little longer. After my daughter turned 2, the ear infections miraculously disappeared. Im glad I had Dr. Earl to provide an opinion!

I had appointment with dr earl today. She came to see me after audiologist was done with treatment. I was feeling awful since I had vertigo in both sides. Dr earl did not even examine me. She just told me that my case is very bad since I had both sides vertigo and I needed to go again for the other one in 5 days. The audiologist came back and said that I had to go in 20 days. It appears that they had no communications. she forgot to write a prescription for me.
