Caring doctor
I've been a patient at TriValley Franconia for a number of years and love all the doctors there, but Dr. McGann is my favorite. She is thorough, takes plenty of notes, and asks good follow-up questions. She looks at the whole person, which I appreciate, and offers up a few possibilities as to what might be happening. She also follows up on any testing and answers my emails. I'm glad to have a doctor that listens to me.

She’s a nice person but she can’t make a move/decision without looking up things on her laptop. She did not diagnose me correctly and like to push prescriptions. With her for a few years. Making a change to another doc. She really doesn’t offer actual medical advice.

Just transferred my two teens here. Dr. McGann was warm and welcoming. Put them at ease right from the start. She seemed very knowledgeable. Very happy we made the switch!

I wasn't impressed with her social skills. Didn't look at me, didn't listen, just typed on her tablet. Sent me to Grand View with the wrong diagnosis. Very short with me, too.

Dr. McGann was extremely caring when I came into the office with an unknown illness on a Saturday. She took the time to understand my concerns and my symptoms. She even called me the next day to check on my status.

She sucks, I hate the way she just typed on her stupid computer instead of listening to me. Very impersonal, never follows through. Not even sure if she cares about her patients over all needs.

Does not listen and has own agenda of what is wrong. Was sent to specialist twice by her and specialist informed us both times that this was not my issue. She still insisted specialist was wrong. Saw another family doctor who made the correct diagnoses and receiving appropriate care now.
