I was referred to Dr. Pitaro by another well respected physician who was retiring. I have been extremely happy with the care I have received from Dr. Pitaro. She is very knowledgeable and thorough.

Dr. Pitaro took her time to talk with me and did not rush. She was very kind and concerned. I think she is very thorough and makes sure to follow up with test results and phone calls. I am glad I found a doctor who cares and who I can trust.

I have recommend Dr. Pitaro. It's not an easy task to locate a female doctor. The first meet and greet women in her office are always friendly. I have yet to be displeased with anyone up front. The element of time has never been an issue with me at any doctor's office. I would not want to be rushed so I don't expect the dr. to rush with someone else. Most of the time people that complain are people that are all about themselves.

I work at Palos Hospital and found Dr. Pitaro in the directory. I really like her, she listened to everything I had to say, answered all my questions, she was patient & went over all my concerns with me. I would definitely recommend her. The staff is also friendly and minimal wait time.

I would not recommend Dr Pitaro. She is very cold uncaring and arrogant. There are many good Doctors out there and she is not one of them!

I wouldn't not recommend Dr Pitaro. Unfortunately the Dr who I was going to left her practice so I needed to find another physician. Dr pitaro wasn't very compassionate/didn't seem to care about what was going on with me and is horrible trying to get refills for prescriptions. Her office never returns the pharmacy's calls. I'm not planning on going back to see her.
