Dr Stachiw is confident caring and compassionate. She knows her area of expertise and was spot on in diagnosis She took the time to explain and made sure there was a follow up scheduled Icane out of the office and told my husband she is golden So Glad I found her

From first phone call to treatment I was regarded with respect and care. Wait times we're fine, facility immaculately maintained and I was impressed at the extra measures taken to maintain sterile equipment and hands. Dr. Stachiw listened without judgment and was great about my questions. I also appreciated that she explained everything as she did it and never made me feel dumb or talked down to at any point. She was patient with me, explained things thoroughly and got right to diagnosing the root cause of my symptoms and didn't just throw prescriptions at symptoms. She made me feel that she truly cared about my pain and is invested in my care and getting me better. She is a phenomenal doctor.

I seen dr stachiw for sinus surgery and a removal of a cyst on left tonsil, she missed the cyst on the right tonsil and told me she did examine it during my surgery! Well im still having serious issues with the right tonsil (pus excretions) and i still see the cyst there on the back of the palantine at the very bottom. Still there!!! She takes smoking too seriously and personally…she refused to see me for my appointment bc i did not quit by the time my next appointment arrived. She was so rude to me. Im sorry that i smoke but i deserve the same medical treatment as any other patient! The worst is that i have made appointments with her coworker and 2 other ENT’s who i believe called her about me before i went to my initial appointments and states nothing is wrong with it and so im prevented from getting the medical attention i deserve with my right tonsil! And new ENT’s to take me seriously about it! Thanks, i should of been approved for a tonsillectomy! I will never go here again!

I had to wait 2 months for an appointment as a new patient. I found Dr. Stachiew to be knowledgeable helpful and caring. She did tests to rule out some of my sinus problems. She has a good attitude explaining what she was going to do and why. The staff is caring and respectful. Overall a great couple of appointments

She is an amazing physician. She listens and tries to figure it out. I would and have recommended her to friends.

I Love Dr. Stachiw. She was very Thorough on Every Level. Took time on everything did not feel rushed and saved Me from a Surgery I didn't need. She really is a Very Good ENT Dr. For Sure HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Steer clear of her. She is a good talker but comes up with very little results. I finally let her do what according to her was a procedure she performs all time. She caused more harm than good. Due to her negligence, I know have ear damage that by the opinion of several second opinions can’t seem to fix. All second opinions were confused why she even did the procedure. Her response was “sorry it didn’t work out” then sent information to my other doctors W/o my permission to save her reputation. Luckily she only harmed hers by all of this. STAy clear! I have been in pain for 5 months now. I have never wrote a review on DR but wish that I had read about her before going.

Dr. Stachiw is an excellent doctor. Dr. Stachiw listens and is very knowledgeable, kind and has great bed side manner. The entire staff is also very welcoming and kind. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Stachiw. I had a sinus procedure and throughout the entire procedure Dr. Stachiw made sure I was ok and explained everything she was doing. She is very compassionate and makes you feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Stachiw!!

I went today for a new patient appointment and would highly recommend this office. Everyone was friend including secretary and nurse. I saw Dr. Stawhiw. She took her time with me, explained everything and was overall great! I had to wait 2 months for an appointment and you do spend alittle time in the office waiting, but I finally got my answer to my ear problems!

I can’t say enough about Dr. Stachiw!! They were able to accommodate me as a new patient without much of a wait. She new I was nervous about an issue and spent as much time with me as I needed. She was extremely thorough and brought me back for a needed follow up appt. I highly recommend Dr. Stachiw!! Thank you Dr. Stachiw!!

NEVER SEE THIS PRACTICE. They dropped me after TWO FAILED SURGERIES. I would come back at least once every two months with the same complaints and if the surgery had been done correctly it would not have needed a second try. Which was not successful either. After a few second opinions it was disheartening to hear that the failed procedures done by Natalka stachiw will make it impossible for me to ever fix these issues. Not only is my face forever changed its unfixable. Her staff is unprofessional rude and disrespectful. Not something you want to deal with when you aren’t getting results from a “specialist”. I could really go on and on about how awfully I was treated here and I urge you to NEVER GO HERE unless you want permanent damage.

Dr. Stachiw gave me my quality of life back. She listened to how my sinuses inhibited my daily activities and caring for my family. She explained in detail all of her recommendations and did surgery as a last resort. I had several issues healing after surgery but she made accommodations to see me and stay late to treat me. She's phenomenal! I was sad when she cut me lose but when I made it 6 months without antibiotics it was time.

Dr. Stachiw is an amazing doctor! She is very kind and patient with my apprehensive daughter. I am very happy my daughter's pediatrician highly recommended her.

Dr Stachiw was amazing. It is really sad that office staff ..office manager .. not qualified family members nurses ruin this doctors office.. cannot sched appoint to see her.. nurses not competent .. office staff RUDE. Secretary that answers phone decides if you need to make appointment.. I begged to make emergency appointment for my son .. I was told unnecessary wait few more days call back.

Still waiting on a call back from 1 month ago. I've been sick twice.

Keep track of missed appts even from 15 years ago. 4 in 15 years!!! Not bad considering life gets in the way and things happen. I was Refused an appt because of a missed appt. clearly patient health and concern should be priority. So disappointing. Front staff are ruining this amazing doctors practice.

Dr. Stachiw is one of the absolute best doctors I have ever had. Because of her, I am finally on the road to feeling well. She is brilliant and kind and caring. She is an excellent doctor and surgeon.

I had a follow up appointment with Dr. Stachiw and she is very personable with people. I truly had a very pleasant experience. She is extremely knowledgable and has this contagious joyful nature. I felt very at ease and satisfied that any questions I had she was more than happy to explain anything I asked her.
