Dr. Natalya Izakov, DO

Dr. Izakov helped me on my worst day at the ER on July 5, 2024. She went above and beyond to comfort me and my husband during a miscarriage of twins. We can’t imagine what we would have done if we hadn’t had her as our doctor on that night. She sat with us to grieve, answer questions thoroughly until we had none, and gave us advice when we were in the midst of shock and grief. She is an example of a doctor who goes above and beyond for her patients with excellent bedside manner. She gave her all to cover us with love, hope and support until we were ready to leave. As we left the hospital to begin healing and processing what happened, we were able to remember every word of encouragement she spoke to us. She communicated thoroughly and directly with my midwife to give me the best care. She did everything possible to avoid miscarriage, and supported my physical and emotional needs when it happened. We will never forget nor can we thank her enough for the way she displayed absolute care.

Do not recall seeing her when admitted to ER. Did bill insurance company. Probably saw 8 different doctors. Most spent 2-3 minutes top. Can't rate since I do not know what she did if anything. May have just suggested which test to be done.

Dr. Izakov treated me for a puncture wound at Mountainside Hospital and she was terrific. Great bedside manner and professional demeanor.

She did not provide me with any care but billed my insurance company. This was at the Mountainside Hospital ER.

When I was recently an ER patient at Mountainside, I found Dr Izakov's bedside manner to be top notch. She was professional and reassuring, swift and thorough, clear with her diagnosis, what tests she was running, etc and caring.
